Description
The beautiful San Juan Islands were the inspiration for this outdoorsy jacket, named after a small island homesteaded in the early 1900s: golden hills and sparkling water are reflected in 12 shades of Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift yarn.
The pattern is written in 6 sizes: 35″, 39″, 43″, 47″, 51″, and 55″. I suggest 3-4″ of ease for this cardigan.
The Yellow Island Jacket has a simple, seamless raglan construction; a simple motif runs up the sides and follows the raglan line. The wide bands and collar are knit with two strands of yarn held together to give them body and make them faster to knit.
Instructions for steeking and placing buttonholes are included in the pattern.
The “Buy product” button takes you Ravelry, where you can purchase and download the pattern. PLEASE NOTE: The pattern is 27 pages long!!!! There are 3 charts for each size—check to make sure you’re printing out only the charts you need.
